Community Housing Cymru – Two new partners for CHC

Community Housing Cymru welcomes new commercial partners.

Community Housing Cymru (CHC) has confirmed the continuation of its commercial partnerships for a third consecutive year and announced the introduction of two new partners.

Over the past 12 months, CHC has worked closely with partners Centrus, Travis Perkins, CHIC, Hugh James, Gallagher, Utility Aid, Lovell, RLH Architectural, Quantum Advisory, and Barcud Shared Services. These organisations have provided housing associations with valuable insights and dedicated support, playing a role in delivering solutions that benefit associations and the communities they serve.

Now, for 2025/26, CHC has welcomed two new commercial partners, Newhall Janitorial and Savills UK.

Newhall Janitorial is a leading distributor of cleaning and hygiene products, renowned for its commitment to quality and customer service across south Wales since 1988. Already active in the housing sector, Newhall provides innovative and sustainable cleaning solutions to housing associations.

Savills UK offers a broad range of expertise in housing development, valuation, governance, asset management, and zero-carbon solutions. With a nationwide team of over 100 housing specialists, Savills helps organisations navigate the evolving housing landscape and unlock new opportunities for growth.

Stuart Ropke, chief executive of Community Housing Cymru, said: ‘Newhall Janitorial and Savills UK’s expertise and commitment will provide our housing association members with valuable support, helping them continue to deliver safe, affordable, and sustainable homes across Wales.

‘Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and we look forward to working together to drive positive change in the housing sector.”
