New team take charge at Trivallis

Trivallis has formed a new executive leadership team, with Duncan Forbes as CEO, Keiron Montague as executive director of communities and (from May) Lisa Pinney as executive director of resources.

Duncan Forbes joined Trivallis in July 2022, as an interim chief executive but was asked to take up the position permanently in December 2022. Duncan was a specialist housing solicitor but has held the position of chief executive in three different housing associations including a community mutual, since 2007.

Duncan joins Keiron Montague, who has been at Trivallis since February 2019. Keiron held the position of corporate director of development and regeneration until he was appointed as executive director of communities in March 2020. Keiron has been working in housing and within the public sector since 2002, in a range of tenant and community focussed roles.

To complete the executive leadership team, Lisa Pinney will join Trivallis at the beginning of May as the executive director of resources. Having held the same position at the Pobl Group for the past 7 years, Lisa is one of the most experienced resource directors in the housing sector in Wales.

Duncan said: ‘I am really excited about Lisa joining us in May and having the whole new team in place. There are huge opportunities to make a difference at Trivallis and with a fantastically strong executive leadership team, we are looking forward to working with tenants, Board and staff to shape our future and improve our services to tenants.’

Keiron explained: ‘Lisa is a great addition to Trivallis and the executive leadership team. I am looking forward to us working across the business to deliver the best possible services for our tenants and communities.’

Lisa said: ‘I can’t wait to get started at Trivallis. I’m really excited about the opportunity to join a fantastic team with big ambitions for tenants and colleagues. I look forward to getting out and about and meeting many of you as I get to know the organisation.’

Together, the team has years of experience in the industry and the expertise to lead the business to achieve great things.
