A wide range of guidance is available across the housing sector and is constantly evolving as the situation changes.

Welsh Government

Detailed Welsh Government guidance for the housing sector, landlords, tenants, local authorities and homelessness organsations is available at gov.wales/housing-coronavirus.

This includes health guidance and regulation guidance for social landlords, guidance for private renters and PRS landlords and managing agents and guidance for local authorities and providers in supported accommodation settings.

Chartered Institute of Housing

Free publications the include briefings on repairs and maintenance, welfare benefits and supported housing as well as engaging with tenants and protection from eviction. All are available at www.cih.org/freepublications.

Community Housing Cymru

TPAS Cymru
