Are you considering tenant scrutiny?

As the experts in tenant participation, TPAS Cymru has the knowledge and experience to support your organisation in developing a successful approach to tenant scrutiny. Scrutiny is being developed by many landlords as it strengthens accountability and can achieve a high level of tenant influence in performance management.

We can offer you a full range of consultancy and training services ranging from developing scrutiny methods and procedures, recruiting and training tenants, through to ongoing independent mentoring of a scrutiny group.

Our training support for scrutiny is flexible and covers all of the essential practical and professional skills needed to make scrutiny a success including confidentiality and understanding and interpreting performance information.

What we can offer

Our services can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation. Examples of the support available include:

  • Developing the role and remit for scrutiny groups
  • Training modules to develop the professional and practical skills
