What’s happening at HouseMark Cymru?

Our new Manager for Wales, Martin Asquith, is certainly not letting the grass grow under his feet since he joined us in January this year.

One of his objectives as part of his new role is to visit as many HouseMark Cymru subscribers as possible and find out what they’ve been up to and tell them more about our services.

There’s so much more available to HouseMark Cymru members than simply benchmarking, including:

  • access to our comprehensive knowledge base, which features good and relevant practice for Wales
  • free membership to our collective procurement service, Procurement for Housing
  • access to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales case digest
  • series of Performance Improvement Clubs which are included in your subscription and examine relevant issues in our sector as well as providing the opportunity to share good practice
  • chance to participate in our Wales forum – an excellent way of asking advice from other organisations

HouseMark has also enhanced the ‘Wales Club Page’ which not only includes details about club meetings and presentations, but now links to Welsh Forum posts, inspection, newsletters and the latest Welsh publications.

And with a team of experts on hand offering additional services such as Tenant Insight, Performance Management and Value for Money – can you afford not to be a member?

HouseMark at TAI

Come and visit HouseMark on Stand 5 at TAI, which takes place from 22-24 March 2011 at the Cardiff City Hall. Martin will be on hand to answer any questions you have about HouseMark and how we can help you during these tough economic times. Look forward to seeing you there!
