A conference with a difference …
CHC’s Resources Conference takes place on 12/13 July 2012 in the Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells. The conference is targeted at finance, HR and IT professionals and will focus on making use of your resources when tackling the challenges that are currently facing the sector. Overcoming challenges is a regular feature of all of our lives, both inside and outside of work. This event will help delegates to address the key issues facing the sector and their teams from financial, HR and IT perspectives, and also from the angle of engaging and motivating staff to successfully tackle these challenges together. Motivational speaker Richard McCann, will headline the conference and we have secured David MacLeod, who was commissioned by the Department for Business to undertake an in-depth look at employee engagement and to report on its potential benefits for organisations and employees.
Other sessions include an update on Welfare Reform, social enterprise, social responsibility, innovation and finance, digital inclusion, tenant profiling, cloud computing, managing the risks of social media, resource planning, and much more. This will be a conference like no other as the format, feel, open plan sessions and even the catering will be relaxed and flexible. There will be an ideas and exchange room which we would encourage delegates to use throughout the two days. The event finishes with a highly engaging and motivating session by none other than Mrs Motivator who will leave you inspired to face the challenges ahead!
If viable, we will run a bus to and from the conference in order to reduce our carbon footprint. Please let us know if this is something you would be interested in. Also, in light of budget constraints, we have frozen the delegate prices from last year to add value to the conference.
