CHC has scheduled four key conferences in 2024.
Community Housing Cymru (CHC) is set to host four industry-leading conferences over the next year.
The industry trade body, which represents housing associations across Wales, holds a series of conferences throughout the year which attract hundreds of members, partners, and experts from the social housing sector.
Each conference provides a space for people working across social housing to come together and network, while discussing innovative projects, challenges and solutions, and common goals.
Expert keynote speakers and panellists also feature and discuss a range of topics from politics to homelessness, decarbonisation, and customer service, while guests can also meet a number of exhibitors and corporate partners during the event.
Community Housing Cymru will be kicking off its schedule of conferences for 2024 in March with the return of its Governance Conference on the 19th and 20th.
The conference, which will be taking place at voco St David’s Hotel and Spa in Cardiff Bay, will be focussing on how housing association leadership, underpinned by effective governance and culture, can drive progress across Wales’s social housing sector and make the biggest difference for communities.
Then on July 4th and 5th, the trade body will be holding its One Big Conference at the Metropole Hotel and Spa in Llandrindod Wells.
CHC’s Finance Conference is back for 2024 – for the first time since 2019, which will also be held at the Metropole Hotel and Spa in Llandrindod Wells on 4th October.
Finishing off the year, its Annual Conference is set to take place on November 19th and 20th, with the venue soon to be confirmed.
CHC head of memberships and partnerships Louise Price-David said 2024’s conferences will be unmissable.
